Hi I'm Blair...

... and I’m a senior Honor student at Virginia Tech, graduating in Spring 2017 with a Marketing major and Economics minor, as well as several elective courses taken in graphic design.  

I balance my course load with my job as the Chief Marketing Officer of PRISM, a full-service, entirely student-run ad agency with over $70K in business. I oversee strategy for our multi-million dollar clients, handle new business and manage day-to-day operations of the organization. This Fall, I had the opportunity to pitch to top executive of eight NYC ad agencies on PRISM's behalf. 

Throughout the past few years I have also had several internships, which have allowed me to build additional professional and technical skills in marketing. These experiences have led me to develop a passion for marketing strategy.  I am fascinated by consumer trends and they way qualitative and quantitative tools can be used to pull insights that fit both consumer and client needs.

I am currently seeking a full-time marketing/advertising strategy opportunities in the D.C. area.

What I'm passionate about (other than marketing)...

I'm a big sister, coffee-lover and die-hard Hokie football fan. I've travelled to 14 different countries, hiked the Swiss Alps and taught primary school in Rwanda. I have passion for giving back and take pride in being a mentor for those younger than me.
